Nichola is Head of Engagement at Flourishing Lives, joining the charity in April 2025 and works closely with David.

With a background in Arts Admin, Community Engagement and Workshop Facilitation and a particular focus on older adults – Nichola is delighted to be part of this exciting chapter at Flourishing Lives.

Founder, Director & Workshop Facilitator of Creative Writes since 2009, delivering accessible and non-judgemental Creative Writing Workshops for adults, Nichola works across Museums, Heritage, Corporate Sector & Community/Care Settings. This has included; The Claremont Project, Blind Aid, C&C Housing Trust, Arts In Care Homes (NAPA), The National Archives, Richmond Theatre, PUSH Mind & Body, Age UK, Water Aid, The National Trust, The Roundhouse and Wellcome Trust.

Nichola has a passion for the Arts and a particular interest in the transformative power of words & theatre.
