Emma Rodwell (Interim Chair)
Emma is a hypnotherapist coach and delivers wellbeing workshops. She is also a director of Green City Projects who use gardens to improve wellbeing and be a hub for creative health. We combat isolation and support health and wellbeing by providing an opportunity for people to come together in safe accessible spaces and get involved with a range of gardening activities including food growing and conservation, along with baking, cooking, story sharing, writing and art and crafts.
She worked as Steward Manager at Fulham Football Club and was the club’s Disabled Liaison Officer. She also worked for children’s disability charities, The Bobath Centre and The Council for Disabled Children. In her spare time she set up and runs Talking About Our Generations. An intergenerational social club that meets monthly for a community created quiz and discussions around a theme agreed by the group, Topics include our favourite poem, song and piece of art. It is through TAOG Emma came across Flourishing Lives and having really enjoyed our forums wanted to give back to the organisation. Emma is passionate about community building and helping others thrive and using creativity and the arts to enhance wellbeing.
