Cordelia is Head of Engagement at Flourishing Lives and works closely with David. They are both responsible for the strategy and vision of the charity. Cordelia leads on the intergenerational practice and best practice programmes, anti-ageism campaigns and policy work, and co-produces the Tate Exchange and showcase arts festivals.

Cordelia joined Flourishing Lives in 2016 as Project Officer and has developed the coalition since its inception, mapping service provision across the sector, instigating the ‘Exploring Outreach’ programme, coordinating consultations and communications, and forging collaborations within the network. Prior to joining Flourishing Lives, she worked in recruitment, voluntary sector policy and campaigns, events management, and she has a background in economics. She is a qualified counsellor, working in private practice and voluntary sector services, and is passionate about practitioner wellbeing and ensuring that people working in the sector get the support they deserve.
