Our Vision
A community where people have a sense of well-being and independence, working together for the benefit of all.
Our Mission
To tackle the problems caused by social isolation and disadvantage. We do this by developing and providing programmes that offer practical solutions and emotional support for the people of West London.
Our Values
We have the highest aspirations, expectations and respect for our service users.
We strive to ensure that all staff and volunteers have compassion, integrity, professionalism and commitment.
We try to be equitable by challenging inequalities and treating people fairly.
We demonstrate teamwork by working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
Homeline
Homeline is a free service for older, isolated people aged 60 plus, providing a telephone befriending service on a daily or weekly basis, visits from a volunteer for a social chat and help with practical tasks such as filling out forms, posting letters and so on.
Homeline has a caseworker who can help out with other problems such as contacting medical and social services and putting you in touch with other support organisations, including BCH projects.
We run regular events for Homeline members, including occasional visits to places of interest, lunches and coffee mornings.
We always need more volunteers for our telephone befriending and home visiting. See our ‘get involved’ page.

Care & Repair
Care & Repair is a home improvement agency specialising in disability adaptations. We help disabled people, including children, and vulnerable older people. The type of work carried out is wide ranging, including ground floor extensions, ramps, level access showers, stair lifts, door widening and kitchen adaptations.
We use approved contractors to ensure good quality work and provide feasibility assessments, help with design, and checking and follow-up. If you are eligible, we can apply for a disabled facilities grant from the local authority.
We operate in boroughs across west and central London. We work in partnership with a range of housing providers, including registered social landlords.
