  • Jacksons Lane is the flagship arts and cultural venue in Haringey, creating a year-round programme that encompasses the best in contemporary performance, arts participation, cultural education and outreach work for both its community and the sector as a whole.

We are committed to leading the way in the creation, production, presentation and artist/audience development of and for contemporary circus theatre.

Jacksons Lane exists to empower, and ignite creativity within, diverse communities and works tirelessly to overcome traditional barriers – including age, socioeconomic background and geography – to achieve full engagement with the arts for everyone.

    Social Lunches

An afternoon of good food and great fun for the over 55s

On the last Thursday of every month we have our legendary Social Lunch at Jacksons Lane. This event welcomes up to 30 people over 55 from across North London to enjoy a 2 course meal, lots of fun company and engagement with the arts.

The two course meal is provided by our very own Cafe Theadro and every month we work hard to provide as much entertainment as we can muster up!

In the past we have welcomed West End singers from shows such as The Lion King and Cats, dancers from Birmingham Royal Ballet, opera singers such as Enas Massalha and even TV personalities such as Carolyn Pickles from ITV’s Broadchurch.

It’s a fun afternoon so please do feel free to book in.

Dates: Last Thursday of every month (no lunches in April or August)
    Times: 11:45am-2pm
Cost: £5 to be paid in cash

To book in or find out more contact us at 020 8347 2411 or email participation@jacksonslane.org.uk

We also have our Broadway Brunch which when we have the opportunity we tour around Homes for Haringey supported housing schemes. A Broadway Brunch is the same as above, except that it comes directly to a scheme and we work with the Blooming Scents Cafe based at the 639 Centre in Tottenham to provide the food.

Broadway Brunches will be starting again in the autumn of 2016 supported by the Morrisons Foundation. Keep an eye on our website for more details.
